OUR POLICIES

At DayBreak Salon, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Hair Salon. CANCELLATIONS

Our Flexible Hair Salon Policy

At DayBreak Salon, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, our stylists reserve the right to implement an administration fee up to 50 percent of the service you were booked.

RUNNING LATE?

Be Considerate

DayBreak Salon is a very popular Hair Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily.  We may have to adjust your service to accommodate you, for example, skipping the blow-dry and style.  Be in touch to find out more.

NO SHOW POLICY

We at Daybreak Salon understand that life happens and that you cannot always make it to your appointments. But, appointments that are cancelled without notice (no call-no show) are subject to a fee up to 50 percent of the service booked.  On a rare occasion, your stylist may decided to administer this fee, usually if you are a repeat offender, and your next appointment cannot be booked until this fee is paid in full.
