Our Flexible Hair Salon Policy
At DayBreak Salon, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge an administration fee which will be 50 percent of the service you were booked for and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in. DayBreak Salon is a very popular Hair Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unncessarily. NO SHOW POLICY
We at Daybreak Salon understand that life happens and that you cannot always make it to your appointments. But, appointments that are cancelled without notice (no call-no show) will be charged with a fee that will be the 100 percent of the service booked for and your next appointment cannot be booked until this fee is paid in full.
